Shipping policy

We are committed to fulfilling your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. The following shipping policy is in effect. We reserve the right to update this policy. 

Shipping Timeframes

  • Same-Day Shipping:

    • Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same business day.

    • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship the next business day.

  • Standard Delivery:

    • Shipping typically takes 1 to 3 business days, with a maximum of 5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

    • If your order has not been delivered within five business days, please contact our team, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during business days only: Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays).

  • All confirmed orders will receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

  • Please allow a few hours for your tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Protection 

If shipping protection is purchased at checkout, your order is covered against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Claims for replacement or reimbursement will be honored in accordance with the protection plan.

Important Shipping Information

  • Carrier Delays:
    Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen issues are beyond our control.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is undeliverable or lost, we are not liable for reshipping or replacing the order.
    In some cases, we may attempt to reach out via email if an error is detected prior to shipment.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages:
    If your order does not arrive within 5 business days, please contact us at customercare@erickajproducts.com so we can assist in opening a case with the shipping provider.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Shipping timeframes for these services vary based on the carrier.
