This product will last you 2-3 months depending on your usage and amount during use. Use 2-3 times per week. To use, wet your skin with warm water and apply the scrub and rub into the skin in a circular motion. Rinse the scrub off with warm water and gently pat dry with a towel. Then, apply your favorite skin moisturizer to seal in the moisture. NOT FOR YOUR FACE
